Beach: I have..., who has...? for English class

“I have..., who has...?” is a game for the English classroom that helps children review English words related to the beach, such as sandcastle, jellyfish, and flip-flops. The child with the starting card asks for a term, and whoever has the matching picture answers “I have...” and then asks the question on their own card, until the game ends with the final card.

What is included

• 36 game cards with pictures and the question “Who has the …?” for 35 beach-related terms, including a starting card and a final card
• Game instructions explaining the course of the game and providing guidance on use and preparation

Tips for using the material

The game is ideal as a lesson starter, a way to end the lesson, or as a quick break.

The following skills are developed

• Vocabulary related to the beach, from swimwear such as swimsuit and flippers to animals such as crab and seagull
• Listening comprehension, as the children check whether they have the picture mentioned with each question
• Speaking using the fixed sentence patterns “I have...” and “Who has the …?”
