Summer / Sommer: Vocabulary Game (English)

The vocabulary game helps expand vocabulary and improve pronunciation. It promotes language practice in a relaxed and motivating atmosphere and can be used flexibly, for example in a station-based setup.

You will receive the game template as PDF, PowerPoint, and Keynote files and can customize it individually.

How does the game work?

1. All game pieces are placed on the "Start" field.
2. The first person rolls the dice and moves the game piece forward according to the number rolled. If the piece lands on a field with a picture, the term must be named: If the term is named correctly, the piece stays on the field. If the term is named incorrectly, the piece goes back one field. On an event field, the following applies:
   • +1 or +2 steps: Move forward the specified number.
   • -1 or -2 steps: Move backward the specified number.
   • "Skip!": Skip a turn.
   • Dice symbol: Roll again.
3. Then it is the next person's turn.
4. The game ends as soon as one person reaches the last field. That person wins the game.
