Description of the material

On these worksheets, learners draw lines to match each numeral with the correct English number word. Each sheet covers a different range of numbers, so that primary school children in English lessons can practice the Numbers from zero to thirty-one sheet by sheet.

What is included in the material

  • Worksheets “Match what belongs together.”: the numerals are on the left, the English number words in mixed order on the right, both with dots to connect
  • Answer sheets with the connecting lines drawn for each worksheet
  • Short instructions for using the worksheet

Tips for using the material

  • It can be useful to use the worksheet at the beginning of the lesson as a relaxed warm-up.
  • During the main part of the lesson, the task is suitable for consolidation, for example as individual work or as one station in a rotation.
  • The worksheets can also be used in remedial lessons.
