Cleaning: Vocabulary Fitness (Brain Break for English Class)

In this presentation, during a short exercise break, the children review English words related to cleaning by marching on the spot and shouting out the appropriate word for each picture, such as sponge, dustpan or vacuum cleaner. Fitness exercises appear from time to time, which they perform immediately.

This is included in the material

• Vocabulary Fitness presentation with 21 image slides showing only the picture without a word, and 6 fitness exercises: jumping jack, circle your hips, squats, heel kicks, arm circles and star jumps; plus an instruction slide for the children
• Word overview with all 21 words and pictures, as well as instructions for the teacher

Tips for using the material

The teacher can decide how long each slide is displayed, thus determining the pace of the exercise break.
