Description of the material

This reading domino set for English lessons is all about breakfast: The children read English riddle sentences such as “Bees make me from the nectar of flowers.” and place the tile with the matching picture. The target words are not written anywhere on the tiles, so the children have to figure out from clues about taste, colour or preparation whether honey, cheese, pancakes or baked beans are meant.

What is included

  • Domino tiles with 35 English riddle sentences about breakfast and one picture each, from the start tile to the end tile
  • Instruction sheet on how to use the reading domino set, with an example for the start of the chain
