Description of the material

Pets: Bingo (Game for DaZ, DaF and German lessons)

Bingo is not only fun, but is also suitable for playfully reviewing vocabulary.

Instructions:

  1. The cut-out (and laminated) vocabulary cards are placed in a bag.
  2. All children receive a bingo card.
  3. A child is chosen, comes to the front, draws a vocabulary card and reads the word aloud.
  4. The other children listen carefully and check their bingo card to see if they have the word. If the term is on the bingo card, they cross off the square.
  5. Then the next card is drawn.
  6. If a child has completely crossed off a row, column, or diagonal, they must shout "Bingo!" as quickly as possible. If all squares have been correctly crossed off, the child wins.

Quick version:

The person in charge simply prints out the template and reads out the terms at random. The children cross off the squares.
